BIO

Professor Cossa teaches introduction to business courses to Commerce, Integrated Business & Humanities, and non-Commerce students. In addition, she teaches Business Policy & Strategic Management, a fourth-year capstone case-based course. She has taught introduction to marketing courses in both undergraduate (Bachelor of Commerce) and graduate (Master of Business Administration and Master of Communications Management) programs. Teaching highlights include a nomination to TVO’s Best Lecturer Competition, multiple nominations for a McMaster Student Union Teaching Award, and notations in the Maclean’s Guide to Canadian Universities as a Popular Prof for Marketing. Prior to her teaching career, Professor Cossa held management-level positions in the banking industry.
